Steps:
- Go to this link (Google Drive) and open the PDF file.
- Save it on your computer.
- Print it out and fill it with your experiences and thoughts.
- Download a new template this and next week.
Remember, although at the beginning you may feel uncomfortable filling out and sharing your journal, participating and being consistent with this practice can bring immense self awareness and will improve your mental health!
