The podcast within AMP is just another facet of our ultimate end goal: to be a hub of mental health knowledge and resources that is accessible to all.

With the Podcast, our goal is to amplify mental health awareness through stories of the human experience, experiences with mental illness, and stories of connection and healing. We want to share the stories we hide from the world because of shame, guilt, or because we think no one wants to hear it or no cares; we care.

It’s time to tell these stories so that others can be inspired, freed from shame, and reminded that they are not alone.
