Eva has an Associates degree in Natural Health, is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, and earned a Masters Degree in Psychology in 2005. She is eclectic and uses a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Reality Based, psycho-education, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy techniques. Eva is an “out of the box” therapist. Her goal is to create a therapeutic alliance with you in order to guide you to achieve the goals that you have set for yourself. She implements a holistic approach in exploring clients needs, educating, and treating clients.
